I'm walking 127 Miles in October
I’m walking 127 Miles in October and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.
An £10 donation can cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Friday 17th Oct Nearly 30 miles on day 1, exhausted. Port Talbot was tough, was glad to reach Porthcawl, and the beer tasted wonderful. Share
Preparation
Monday 13th Oct I’m planning my route from Swansea (my father’s birthplace) to Bristol, my home. It’s around 127 miles. So the correct footwear, clothing and food choice, is very important.Thank you to my Sponsors
