I'm cycling 300 miles for Dementia UK

This June, I'm cycling 300 miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. Just £8 can cover the telephone costs for two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

300 Miles Completed For Dementia

Saturday 28th Jun
So I set myself a challenge at the beginning of June to complete the 300 mile challenge for Dementia and along the way I was also going to give up Alcohol until the challenge was complete.
So 27th June I completed the challenge with a couple of days to spare🤘🏼
It was not as easy as I thought although very enjoyable. 
I would like to thank everyone who took time out to sponsor me and heaps of encouragement along the way. 
Thank you and boy did I enjoy my pint 🍺

A couple of wobbly leg moments, but worth every second.
