I'm walking 62 Miles in October

I’m walking 62 Miles in October and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.

An £10 donation can cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Monday 3rd Nov
Subtract 3.9 miles when I forgot to stop the app.. so 63.3 miles. Sprained my ankle and couldn't walk for a week which made the last few days a challenge. 19 miles in 3 days was proper effort..!

I hate walking.

I don't walk.  I hate walking.

My dad is suffering from dementia and his mum died from it.

It's a bloody horrible thing, and this is the least I can do.
