I'm walking 31 Miles in May for Dementia UK
This May, I will be walking 31 Miles in honour of my Nanny Christine and to raise funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone.
My Nan was diagnosed a few years ago with Vascular dementia & we sadly lost her at the beginning of March. She was an incredible person, extremely close to me & loved hugely by my family. Dementia is a disease that takes someone from you mentally & then physically, it was the hardest thing to go through as a family & that’s why I want to raise money & awareness for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity and for anyone that has lost someone to dementia!

Friday 1st May Today I started my 31 mile challenge for May! I am also training to be able to run a half marathon as well; so today I completed just over 6 miles on day 1:) Super pleased to be off to such a great start & I know my nanny was with me for every single mile of that🏃♀️Thank you to my Sponsors
