Thursday 9th Oct Walk today was around Preston Golf club hitting a little white ball. Great exercise and completed 5 miles. Share

Thursday 9th Oct Been out and about today around Walton Park, broke the 20 mile barrier and now onto break 30. Share
Day 7 - 62 Miles for Dementia UK
Wednesday 8th Oct Did two walks today. First off with Alfie through Avenham Park and back along the River Ribble and up through Penwortham. Then later on with Jill down the Paths for 2 mile walk. Share

Wednesday 8th Oct Just a short walk today down old tram Road and back. Share

Sunday 5th Oct Just done 2.5 miles in tough weather conditions with Jill and Alfie. Hope tomorrow is better weather Share
