I'm taking on the October Dog Walking Challenge

I’m walking 75 miles with my dog this October and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Thank you!

Getting moving for a great cause

Sunday 28th Sep
Hi everyone,
I’ve been struggling  a lot lately with my mental health especially my energy levels, so I thought it would be good idea to take part in a walking challenge to get me moving more. I personally have never been affected by dementia but we all know what a horrible disease it is so I thought Dementia UK would be great charity to support. I know times are tight but any money you can spare would be greatly appreciated.
Lots of love
Toby and Nikki
