I'm walking 30 miles in September
I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Saturday 20th Sep Just thought I would update everyone. This week I have had Covid so haven’t been able to walk Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I made myself go out yesterday evening but I shouldn’t have as I felt really poorly again and had a severe headache. Unfortunately I’m not going to make my 60 mile target but I will definitely make 30 miles. I will try and do over 30 miles ☺️ Share
