I am running 100k in Feb and I would love if you could suport me!  

My wonderful Grandad had vascular dementia and I wish at the time my family had support when they were caring for him.  

Selfishly, I am hoping this scary challenge will motivate me back into running but I am more excited that I will get to do that while also supporting a charity that I wish I knew more about when my Grandad was alive.

 Dementia UK's support is defintely something I think my grandma, mum and sister  needed  when he was alive. I wouldn't want other families to feel the same isolation as we felt, so I think it is a great idea to support a charity that can help others and ensure that you are not alone through any dementia journey!
