I'm running 100K for Dementia UK

This February, I'm running 100K and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

100k run challenge throughout February

This February I’m setting myself the challenge of completing the 100K run challenge for Dementia UK. 🌼

A very close charity to my heart. An illness that is taking away so many precious lives each year. 

Unfortunately this January I lost my bamps to dementia, this cruel illness may have taken my bamp but it never took away the love he gave and the memories he left behind 🌟 My bamp was strong and brave throughout his diagnosis and I want to push myself to raise money for this charity to hopefully beat dementia one day. 

By giving a donation on my page you are helping to improve quality of life, reduce isolation, and give families the confidence to face the challenges of dementia with expert support by their side. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps Dementia UK continue its vital work and bring hope to thousands of families across the country
