I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK
This September, I'm walking 30 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.
Thank you!

30 Miles for Memories. Walking for Dementia Uk
Thursday 3rd Sep30 Miles for Memories ❤️
Loving someone with dementia is one of the hardest things I’ve ever experienced. It’s heartbreaking watching someone you love change, seeing memories fade, and sometimes feeling helpless when there’s nothing you can do to make things better.
That’s why I’ve decided to walk 30 miles for Dementia UK.
I know I can’t change what dementia does, but knowing that I’m doing my little bit to raise awareness, support families and help fund the amazing work Dementia UK does gives me a sense of purpose.
Every mile will be for the people living with dementia, and for the families and loved ones walking alongside them every single day.
It won’t be easy, but neither is loving someone with dementia — and if my 30 miles can help even in a small way, then every step will be worth it. ❤️
30 miles. One cause. Every step for memories. 🥾❤️
If you’re able to support my challenge, every donation, share and word of encouragement would mean so much to me. xx

Good luck chick xx
