I'm running 100K for Dementia UK
This February, I’m lacing up my trainers to run 100K for Dementia UK. Having seen the impact of dementia both through my beautiful Nan’s journey and in my daily work with older people, I know how devastatingly cruel this disease can be.
No family should have to navigate this alone. I’m raising funds for Dementia UK to provide specialist Admiral Nurses who offer the lifeline families need. Just £33 can fund an hour of expert clinical and emotional support, helping a family manage the most difficult days. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a world of difference.
