In honour of Irene, loved and missed everyday xx
I’m walking 30 Miles in September to help support families affected by dementia. Families are in desperate need of support when caring for a loved one with dementia and any donations made go to providing help.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Still stepping out
Monday 8th Sep Didn’t have chance to do a meaningful walk yesterday. Had a lovely walk over to Stockport County Football Club, got back before a heavy shower, so win win. Share
