By the time you've made your brew, another person will have developed dementia. I'm going to bake, brew and raise vital funds for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £21 could pay for the telephone costs of four families calling our free Helpline whenever they need support. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support. I am really grateful for any support you can give.

Turning Pain Into Purpose: Raising Awareness for Dementia
Saturday 28th MarWatching my nan slowly change because of dementia has been incredibly painful. She’s always been such a strong, loving presence in my life, and seeing her forget the people and memories she once held so close is heartbreaking. This is something no family is ever truly prepared for. But through all of this, I’ve realised how important love, patience, and support really are. That’s why I’m choosing to turn this pain into something positive by raising money for dementia care and research. I want to help make a difference, so that one day families won’t have to go through this kind of loss while their loved one is still here.
