hours of free helpline support from a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse

I'm making Time for a Cuppa

By the time you've made your brew, another person will have developed dementia. I'm going to bake, brew and raise vital funds for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £21 could pay for the telephone costs of four families calling our free Helpline whenever they need support. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support. I am really grateful for any support you can give.

Thank you!

Doing something positive through Dementia

Tuesday 19th May

As many of our friends and family know, dementia is sadly becoming a huge part of our lives. The cruel disease is slowly and heartbreakingly taking our amazing Grandad from us, and watching someone you love change in this way is incredibly difficult for the whole family.

During such a hard and emotional time, I wanted to do something positive and meaningful, which is why I am holding a coffee morning and raffle in support of Dementia UK.

Dementia UK provides incredible support for families facing dementia through their specialist Admiral Nurses, helping people navigate the challenges, heartbreak, and uncertainty that comes with this disease.

This fundraiser is my way of giving something back while also raising awareness of the impact dementia has on so many families.

Any donation, raffle contribution, or support — no matter how small — would mean so much and is hugely appreciated. Thank you to everyone supporting this event and helping us honour our wonderful Grandad.
