I'm jogging one mile a day for Dementia UK
This April, I'm jogging one mile each day and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. Just £8 can cover the telephone costs for two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Wednesday 30th AprSo there you have it, every single day this month I've made sure I went out and ran at least 1 mile. Following a little 40 minute crossfit session i did at home i finally completed my run on the last day of the month. Helped along at times by Adam Wilton, my work friend chris and my amazing wife Kinga Loforte.
I started out with the initial target of raising £250 for Dementiauk but with the amazing generosity of many of you guys I surpassed that and the target was raised to £350. It's currently at £320 so just £30 off so hopefully anyone who hasn't yet donated can help to reach it and help support this amazing charity.
