I'm walking 31 Miles in May for Dementia UK
This May, I'm walking 31 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, in memory of my lovely Dad, John Snape , who had Vascular Dementia and my much missed father in law, Johnston McBain who had Alzheimer's.
I'd be so grateful for any contribution you can make big or small, and hope my fund raising will help to support the work of specialist Admiral Nurses who work in the community supporting families whose loved ones have dementia.
