An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

I recently lost my mum a couple of weeks ago to this cruel disease. Please help us all and our future generations in trying to beat Dementia with this fundraising challenge. I have Chronic Fatigue so it will be a challenge but I’m doing this for you Mum whilst I still can xxx
