I'm walking 31 Miles in May for Dementia UK
This May, I'm walking 31 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Sunday 10th May A nice little Sunday stroll rewarded with a Roast in a local restaurant with the hubby . Total distance covered 2.44 miles.

Saturday 9th May Today I walked a total of 6.31 miles along the river with my Husband . Another beautiful day and my biggest walk so far for this amazing Charity Share

Saturday 9th May Today I visited Mum and I pushed her around the lake near where she lives in the wheelchair , it was a beautiful day together and the sun was shining .

Tuesday 5th May This four day weekend saw me clock up a total of 12.86 miles . Some of this walking was done with My Dear Mum as I pushed her in her wheelchair so she could get some fresh air and soak up the sun both in the garden and local Community .
