🥶🩷 I’m taking the plunge for Dementia!

So I’ve decided to do something a little crazy and take part in a Dip for Dementia!

I currently work in a residential home with people living with dementia, so it’s a cause that already means a lot to me. ❤️

Recently, this has also become something very personal to me and my family, making this fundraiser even more meaningful.

I won’t go into the personal side of things, but those who know me will understand why this means so much. ❤️

And because apparently one freezing dip isn’t enough… 😂🥶

I’m going to brave the sea more than once in November, when it’ll be even colder! 🌊🥶
