I'm walking 30 miles in September
I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Almost there!
Sunday 21st Sep Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far in my efforts to walk 30 miles in September for Dementia UK. I have reached 23 miles and aim to get it done by next weekend. Seeing mum dealing with Alzeimer's in the care home is one thing, but knowing that any and all support provided to families is only availability from charities is quite another. The chance to raise funds for Admiral nurses who help those families is so important. Thanks again to all who have sponsored me for your ongoing support. Xx Share

Sunday 31st Aug Thank you to everyone who has sponsored me for the 30 mile challenge starting tomorrow. I am hoping to get out each day but work commitments and the weather might stop me so I will be making up the miles with longer walks at the weekends. I have connected Strava to this fundraising page so you can track my progress. It means so much to me that you have supported me to do this.
