March Dog Walking Challenge
Here we go again! In loving memory of my Mum, Luna and I are walking for Dementia UK again. The target this year is 62K but we are going for the 100 again.
We’re raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. Just £8 can cover the telephone costs for two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Update 17.03 ♥️
Monday 17th Mar Hey everyone who has sponsored us - just an update on Luna and I doing our #marchdogwalkingchallenge. We are currently tracking over 30k. We were going to go for 100km again this year, however as some of you may know I’ve not been very well and suffered an asthma attack last week and have been in hospital which has massively hindered our efforts. I’m having to take it easy too now I’m recovering so it’s just small gentle walks until I get my strength back. This means we are going to try to get to the 62km by the end of March, which is what the target was set this year by #dementiauk anyway, thank you all for the support and hope you understand x 🐶 💓 Share
