I'm walking 31 Miles in May for Dementia UK
This May, I'm walking 31 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Sunday 31st May Thank you to all those who have supported me this last month, my final mile was completed today, just over 40 miles walked in total and over £1100 pounds raised that will make a massive difference to those and their families living with dementia Share

Monday 25th May Thanks to a weekend in Vienna, I have already achieved over 34 miles, I couldn't have done it without everyone's generosity and support, it has been felt and appreciated from the bottom of my heart 💗

Sunday 10th May Going well with the walking, today my husband and I did just over a mile on a steam train afternoon out in Carmarthen Share

Monday 4th May Walking is going well thanks to a lovely weekend away with lots of walking

Friday 1st May So day one has come to an end and I have done 2.5 miles walking around Heythropp Park in the Cotswolds
