I'm walking 50 Miles in January for Dementia UK
This January, I'm walking 50 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone.
If you know me, you probably know that I walk a lot, so it might not seem much of a challenge. However, the lovely friend who usually walks with me can't come out in January, and I need a reason to walk alone if it's cold and miserable outside.
SO... I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
This is in memory of Dad, who lived with dementia and it's safe to say, his experience affected many lives.
I'm eternally grateful for the people who understood dementia and helped me to handle some of the difficult times. Dementia UK provides just that support.
Any donation to Dementia UK will help to provide support for people living with dementia - whether they have the disease, or are affected by someone who does.
Big or small, every donation makes a difference.
Thank you!
