Run 100K in February '26

I'm running 100K for Dementia UK

This February, I'm running 100K and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Thank you!

Liam’s 100km in February

Sunday 11th Jan

In February, I’ll be taking on the Dementia 100km challenge — and this one is deeply personal to me.

Dementia isn’t just a word or a diagnosis in my family. I’ve lost loved ones to it, and I’ve seen firsthand how cruel and heartbreaking it can be. It slowly takes away memories, personalities, and moments we should never have to lose. It doesn’t just affect the person living with it, but every single person who loves them.

I’m doing this challenge to honour the family members I’ve lost, to raise awareness, and to help fund vital research and support for families who are still facing this every day. No one should have to go through this alone.

Every kilometer I run is for them.

Every donation, share, or word of support truly means the world.

Thank you for helping me turn something so painful into something positive 🤍
