I’m going to be walking 50  miles in January to help support people with dementia. This is a very special cause close to my heart, I looked after my nanan with dementia until she sadly passed away in 2015. As you all already know I’m a care support worker  who works with dementia patients and I love it, it’s such a rewarding job so I thought I would do this to try and raise some money to help support those who need it the most . Working in the community and alongside the familys I know how important the support is so I thought I would do my bit:) Donating anything at all will be very much appreciated!  Thankyou
