I'm walking 30 miles in September

Hi, I'm trying to get back into walking again and so I thought why not try another sponsored walk. I lost my grandma Gladys around 15yrs ago to dementia and my stepmums mum just recently. I am doing this walking challenge in memory of them both. I hope I can do them both proud.

I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Thank you!

After climbing a tonne of stairs at Scarborough and having a stroll to getting back home, I've done almost 6 miles today which takes me to just about the 30 miles challenge mark.
