I'm walking 31 Miles in May for Dementia UK and Nana May 💖
This May, Halle’s little legs are walking 31 Miles to raise funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone.
May for us represents a very special person - Nana May - who we lost last year. It is also her birthday month, so doing this this month means a lot.
As a family, seeing your loved one suffer with dementia is heartbreaking, but helping to fundraise for Dementia UK directly helps a family going through it like ours.
