Sunday 31st AugThis September I’m challenging myself and my two children to walk 30 miles to raise money for families affected by dementia. This cause is close to my heart, my lovely Nana was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease and sadly we lost her in 2019. Every step we take will be in support of those who need help the most.
Your support would mean so much.
•£8 could cover the phone costs for two families reaching out to Dementia UK’s free Helpline.
•£33 could pay for an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, giving a family both practical advice and emotional support.
