I'm walking 31 Miles in May for Dementia UK
This May, I'm walking 31 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Friday 29th May So last 3 days to smash the %250 goal 🚶♀️🤩🤑. So this month has been a double edge positive as iv left my home an been outdoors more this month than I have in a really long time and its been because I refuse to let anyone that has been so kind to sponsor me down. Full disclosure iv walked my mile indoors 4 times as anxiety wudnt alow me to face the world, I did check the website an iv not skived or dodged steps an steps indoor are to be included.
It's the least....
Monday 13th Apr So 31 miles in may it is.... stepping out of my comfort zone to help raise money and awareness for dementia care. Dementia has always been close to me working in end stage nursing homes to recently my mother being diagnosed has shook me and made me want to do as much as I possibly can and I think this is a good start.... im hoping to smash my £250 target so please if you can donate youl be helping me help others 💛 ShareThank you to my Sponsors
