I'm running 100K for Dementia UK
This February, I'm running 100K and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Sunday 1st Mar Got to the end of February with an 8 day rest with finishing 100k in 20 days, it felt so rewarding yet painful at times to carry on but here we are 100k later with £605 raised to help prevent individuals facing dementia alone. With experiencing my grandads battles with the disease I can assure to anyone this is not a joke and should be taken on a more serious level. dementia affects 1,000,000 people nation wide at this current moment and a great percentage of these people suffer more, due to a lack of financial stability so thank you from supporters of family, friends and strangers we made this donation happen!!! Today I Start
Sunday 1st Feb Today I start, running 100k towards fundraising for dementia UK an organisation that helps make sure that no one faces dementia alone, it is currently February 1st and I have already raised £400 before even starting, I’d like to hope that I will finish the distance despite a problem with my right leg, hopefully it doesn’t take too much of a toll on this month however the challenge has been accepted so I can only make that happen now.
