I'm doing Winter Reading Challenge for Dementia UK
This winter, I'm reading and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Saturday 12th Sep📚 This is the perfect challenge for a bookworm like me! 📚
I already love to read every day, so what better excuse to put my phone down, pick up a book and do something I love while raising money for such an important cause? ❤️
I’m taking on this challenge to raise as much as I possibly can for those living with dementia, and for the families who struggle alongside them every single day.
Dementia affects so many lives, and behind every person living with it there are loved ones, carers and families navigating a journey that can be incredibly difficult and heartbreaking.
So, I’m swapping some screen time for reading time, turning the pages and hopefully raising as much money as I can along the way. 📖❤️
If you’re able to support me, every donation, no matter how big or small, would mean so much and will help make a difference to people affected by dementia and the families who are there beside them.
And if you know me, you’ll know that reading every day is hardly a hardship… although perhaps I’ll finally have an excuse for the ever-growing pile of books! 😂📚
