I'm walking 30 miles in September

I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Thank you!

Covid struck day 4

Tuesday 9th Sep
Hello, I am sad to say that I  have Covid, and have not been able to walk any miles for the last  5 days. I am feeling a little stronger and hope to re  start my walking soon. I will make up for the  missed miles,  and will have to build up gradually. This has  knocked the stuffing out of me.
I   am walking for mum who has mixed dementia and dad who has vascular dementia . I will hit my goal of 100 miles in  September. Watch this space.
