I'm walking 30 miles in September

I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Start of day 14

Sunday 14th Sep
Not missed a day!  x I’m midway through and  today I will hit the 30 mile target. I’m going to continue walking everyday  and see  how many miles I reach . So thankful to all my sponsors we have raised over £300 so far!  Thank you, you wonderful  people xxx

Long work day x but got a mile in near home out in the early evening x love September sunshine x

Saturday 6th Sep
Went exploring a little this morning. Overcoming anxieties is the biggest barrier for me. So glad I pushed myself because I found a beautiful circular route  that will be easy to do when times limited. Work days  are going to be a challenge as I have a long commute but I am determined to get outside for a walk everyday.  So my challenge to myself is to not miss a day during September and hopefully beyond. Please give generously to Dementia UK families need this lifeline of support so much. Xxx
