I'm walking 60 miles in September
I’m walking 60 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
Thank you!

The evenings are drawing in so I've had to consider walking choices.
Two smaller walks a day instead of a longer one keeps me safe and on track.
Thank you for your continued support, smiles and feedback. It all makes every step easier. Share

Wednesday 10th Sep It's amazing what you can do when your car is in the garage on your day off. I was a little under the weather yesterday so I had some catching up to do.The rain finally caught up with me and it got me twice out of the 3 walks. Well played rain, well played....
I know that some are doing a lot more than I am. I know some are doing less.
What matters is that every step counts, we are all pushing ourselves to the best of our ability. Share
