As some people close to me will know I've recently lost my Taid (Grandad) and he suffered with dementia so I've decided to join this fundraiser to do my bit to both honour him and help the fight agaisnt dementia.

To push myself and make this a bit more of a challenge I've decided I'm going to hop on my bike do 30 miles a day for the month of September. If my Taid used to always push one thing on me it was to work hard so thats what I'll do. 

I'll post weekly updates to show I'm doing the miles and hopefully I can raise a little bit to help.
