I'm taking on Fans vs Dementia

During a 90-minute match, 30 people in the UK will develop dementia.

I’m taking on Fans vs Dementia  raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.

£21 could pay for the telephone costs of four families calling our free Helpline whenever they need support.

£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Run from stoneclough to Bolton Wanderers 16k

Hi All
I’ve decided to run  a 16k for my uncle Paul who now suffers with dementia,  on the 31 October 2026.
This now holds a special place close to me because even tho he is struggling with it, he  still  try’s  to tell us joke from time to time and that brings a massive smile to our whole family.
As a child he was a fierce ruby player and a big Bolton wanderer’s fan. He still goes to games that’s  when he’s feeling better and he loves to go there with his sister.
And a very dedicated family who loves him so much.
So I’ve decided to take this challenge on for my uncle Paul and try to get some money raised and awareness  on this.
Any spare change that you have no matter how big or small will make a huge impact on dementia Uk
