I'm doing The 36 Hole Challenge for Dementia UK
I’m taking on The 36 Hole Challenge and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.
£21 could pay for the telephone costs of five families calling our free Helpline whenever they need support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Saturday 30th May My we mum was diagnosed with vascular dementia and Alzheimer’s just before Xmas 2025 fasting farward to march were things got really bad reporting me and my sister missing thinking we were abducted and getting held against our will to wandering the streets at all hours thinking she had a baby there is no civil way to try lower the state of someone with dementia sometimes u have to be crewl to be kind the trouble was unreal and soul destroying watching her deteriorate knowing u can’t help as there is no cure my wee mum is 5 weeks in hospital and we don’t think she will see her own house again and she’s still young this has pushed me to be rock bottom golf has got me out my comfort zone while I’ve been low so I decided why not help myself and help others that may be going threw what I am and raise some funds for this charity on 14th sept 2026 I’m doing 36 holes at my home club marhall in the hope something can be done to slow this deadly illness down thanks to all whom donate to myself I as always really appriciate your help in what is a nasty time for not only for me my family that I take moods out on and others whom are going threw is too if u are ever in my position please don’t think your great and can manage all on your own as it will break u from inside out and u will be in trouble before u know it u HAVE to look after yourself first before u can help others I learned that after so many weeks so again thank u all please keep the donations flowing for this great cause ShareThank you to my Sponsors
