Finally finished today with 2 miles on the treadmill and the final 2 miles walking into York. 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Monday 26th Jan

4 mile mooch into town avoiding the rain ☔️

Saturday 24th Jan

4 dry miles added to the pot today via the boring old treadmill, all due to the consistently rainy weather! ☔️

Wednesday 21st Jan

Putting another 2.5 cold and rainy miles into the pot. ☔️ 💦

Sunday 18th Jan

Another 3.5 miles on the treadmill…it’s a little bit drier indoors!

Saturday 17th Jan

Adding 5 miles to the pot with a walk into York 🤩

Thursday 15th Jan

Adding 4 miles to the pot whilst the weather is a tad cold to walk outside ⛄️

5 chilly miles into York today with Suzie 🥰

Today was our first challenge day together. It took some motivation as according to the weather, it felt like -7* and trust me, it was freezing!!! 🥶 
Good to get some fresh air though and catch up. 
We managed just over 3 miles before we needed to come home and defrost.
