I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

I walk in memory of my grandfather, and in support of all families living with the reality of dementia.
Saturday 30th AugDementia is a deeply difficult disease. It doesn’t only take away the memories of our loved ones – it also weighs heavily on the people who love and care for them. At times, it can feel like a very lonely fight, watching someone dear to us slowly withdraw into their own world.
My grandfather was a man who loved nature and welcomed people with warmth and openness. When the disease began to claim him, it was heart-breaking for my father and me to see that light fading.
Today, I walk to honour his memory, to carry forward his love for life, and to stand with every family facing this journey.
