In December i sadly lost my Nan to mixed Dementia. As a family we know first hand how hard it can be watching a loved one go through daily life with this awful disease. 
In September I will be walking 30+ miles and raising money for Dementia UK, this can really help out other families going through tough times. 
Any donation, no matter how small will be greatly appreciated!
