I'm walking 30 miles in September

I’m walking 30 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Challenge completed on a lovely sunny day. Thank you to you all for your support. Now, what's next ...??

Sunday 21st Sep
No doggo today so, wouldn't have normally gone out. Did a loop walk then carried onto another circuit of the estate, popped in to a mates for a brew before finishing my walk back home.

Strong winds & relentless rain🫣

Monday 15th Sep
Had to be patient today, couldn't get out until 
5 pm due to the weather but on went the wax coat and out we went. Managed to dodge a downpour & just about get a mile done ✅

A slower stop start walk today with a furiend ! 2 walks tomorrow with this one too

Thursday 4th Sep
Walking the same route this week and plan to do a slightly longer loop next week. Mainly because doggo next week often dictates the route 😂 🐕🐾 cheeky doggo!

Monday 1st Sep
No doggo to walk today so, normally I wouldn't be out. I've done a mile up to the memorial and back. With no doggo sniff stops, I completed in 23 mins.
