The 36 Hole Challenge for Dementia UK
In 2020 I lost my Nannu to Dementia. The same year my Nanna was diagnosed with the same condition, and we lost her to it in 2023.
I was a lot younger at the time, but I know how much my mum relied on others to help her get through the different challenges that she faced. I want to do something to help others going through the same.
So, I’m taking on The 36 Hole Challenge to raise funds to help families get the specialist help and advice that they need. This requires me to play 36 consecutive holes in a day - so it helps that I like playing golf….!!
