This winter, I'm reading and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Hi guys. My name is Jade and I’m raising money for dementia UK. My amazing grandad suffered with dementia for years before he passed away. He didn’t know who anyone was anymore. Couldn’t feed himself. Everything that my grandad was had disappeared and he became a shell of a man. But I will always remember the man he was before the dementia. His bear hugs and massive beer belly. The love he had for me and the family. So I’m doing this for him. Love you Grandad K 🫶🏻
