I'm cycling 300 miles for Dementia UK


Memory of Dad, for Mam 💙

This June, I’m taking on a 300-mile sponsored cycle to raise money for Dementia UK, a cause incredibly close to my heart.

I'm doing this in memory of my amazing dad, Trevor, who we sadly lost. He was the most caring, strong, and loving man – and I miss him every day. I'm also doing this for my lovely Mam, Doreen, who is still living with dementia. Watching dementia take its toll on both of them has been heartbreaking – and I want to do something that truly makes a difference.

Dementia UK provides specialist support for families affected by dementia through their Admiral Nurses, and I want to raise as much money as possible to help them continue their life-changing work.

Every mile I ride this month is for them – and with your support, we can help other families going through the same struggle.
