This September, my birthday month, I'm walking 30 Miles or more, to raise funds for Dementia UK.

Dementia UK are a specialist dementia nursing charity and would be grateful for your support.

The charity supports not only the person with the disease, but the many others associated with them.

All these people need support as the disease progresses and situations change.

I did it, even with flu

Thursday 1st Oct

So, I have beat the target, I would have liked to have done much more but suffering more than 2 weeks of flu put pay to that…..

I finished completing 35.5 miles just over the 30-mile target.

Nearly there….

Thursday 24th Sep
So after a very slow start to the month, my flu went on for more than 2 weeks, I’m finally catching up and at 27 miles today.
I’ll do the 30 miles, but I still hope to do more🤞🏻

Sunday 13th Sep
Not a great start to the month as I’ve had some sort of flu for more than a week, meaning not a lot of walking so far 😤 only just over 12 miles so far.
So I need to get a move on and catch up.
