100K for Dementia UK
💜 This February I’ll be running 100K in memory of my gran, who we sadly lost this month. 💕
She was such a huge part of my life, and watching her fade away to this cruel illness was heartbreaking. I want to honour her strength and spirit by pushing myself through something that will test me both physically and mentally.
I haven’t been running much recently, so this won’t be easy, but every step I take will be for her. My mission is to complete a half marathon by the end of February, no matter how tough it gets.
