We're walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK

The Huntingdon Primary Care Network team is proud to be supporting Dementia UK through this fundraising effort. Every day, we see the impact that dementia has on patients, families and carers across our community. By raising funds for Dementia UK, we hope to help provide vital support through Admiral Nurses, who offer expert guidance and compassionate care to those affected by dementia. Thank you for helping us make a difference.

As a team, we intend to walk 150 miles (30 miles each)!
