I'm walking 31 Miles in May for Dementia UK
Hi guys,
As some of you know my Nan was diagnosed with dementia a few years ago. She means the absolute world to me and my family, at the ripe age of 92 Nanny is still with us and battling every day with this disease. Although the disease hasn’t completely taken Nanny over I would love to raise some money to support other families watching their loved ones battle this disease.
