62 mile walking challenge for Dementia UK
Throughout October, I’m walking 62 miles and raising money so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need.
Dementia has deeply affected my family. I’ve lost two grandparents to it and one is still living with it today. I’ve seen first-hand how much dementia changes everything - it takes memories and independence, and it is incredibly hard on the people who love them.
Your donation can make a real difference:
💜 £10 could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK’s free Helpline.
💜 £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
