I'm running 100K for Dementia UK
This February, I am running 100km for Dementia UK. 💙🏃♀️
Dementia affects far more than memory, it changes lives for whole families. Recently, this cause has become very close to me and my family. Taking part in this challenge will help me raise money for the specialist Admiral Nurses at Dementia UK, who support and guide families affected by dementia through an incredibly confusing and difficult time.
Any donations, big or small, would be appreciated for this important charity.
